One request, five gates
Every call from a member's tool is checked against your rules before it reaches a provider, then logged where only your Organization can read it.

Logged to your data plane: 1,284 tokens, Rp 312, charged to the Platform team budget.
Today, AI access is handed out one person at a time.
- Nobody can say who may use which model.
- Consumption goes unchecked until the invoice arrives.
- Usage is watched, but never optimized.
One place to decide who, what and how much
Each answer is a gate every request passes through, and a record you can read afterwards.
- Who
Per-member access keys
Each member gets their own key. It is shown once, can be rotated or revoked, and only a verifier is stored.
Access grants
Administrators decide which members and Teams get access, and on what terms.
- What
Your provider portfolio
Connect Claude and other providers you already pay for, with several connections per provider.
Model access policy
Allow models per Organization, Team or member. A model is never swapped behind anyone's back.
- How much
Shared quota pools
Split capacity by weight. Unused capacity can be borrowed, never past absolute caps.
Budgets across providers
One budget in your currency, allocated from Organization to Team to member, with alerts per scope.
- What happened
Usage logs and audit trail
See who used which model and what it cost. Every log view, export and policy change is recorded.
Explainable recommendations
Suggestions come with their estimated impact and change nothing until an administrator applies them.
From sign-in to governed usage
Members keep the tools they already use. Only the route their requests take changes.
Create your Organization
Sign in with Google, Microsoft or an email link. Nothing is connected or charged yet.
Connect providers
The Owner connects the Organization's own provider accounts.
Grant access
Give members and Teams access with quota, budget and model policy.
Work and govern
Members point Claude Code at the gateway. You see usage, cost and recommendations.
Your credentials and conversations stay on your side of the line
Isolation is the architecture, not a setting. Each Organization gets its own data plane, and the shared Control Plane never stores provider credentials or AI content.
Shared Control Plane
- Sign-in and membership
- Plans and billing
- Organization settings
No credentials or conversation content cross this line.
Your Organization's data plane
- Provider credentials
- Prompts and responses
- Member key verifiers
- Quota, budget and policy state
- Its own encryption keys
Our operators see health and redacted metadata only. They cannot retrieve prompts, responses or credentials, and Self-Hosted operators work under the same restriction.
A platform subscription, never a markup on AI usage
Choose a plan by the size of your Organization. Package prices are shown in your console before you pay.
Questions teams ask first
Anything else? Sign in and create your Organization. Nothing is connected or charged until you choose.
Do you resell AI usage?
No. You connect and pay your own provider accounts. Your subscription covers the platform only.
Is Playmates.dev a chat app?
No. Members keep working in their own tools, such as Claude Code. Playmates.dev sits between them and your providers.
Can administrators read conversations?
By default, administrators can inspect organizational usage logs. The Owner can switch capture to metadata only. Our staff never has access.
Can we run it ourselves?
Yes. Self-Hosted is a supported mode with the same roles and content restrictions, operated by someone you designate.
What happens when a budget runs out?
Requests are blocked or routed according to your policy. Borrowed capacity never bypasses the Organization budget.
How does the trial work?
Buying an activation package unlocks a 7-day trial with any supported local payment method. Renewal is a manual purchase, never an automatic charge.
