Refund Policy

1. Trial & Subscriptions

7-Day Trial: Playmates offers a 7-day trial to test platform integration and governance controls. The trial is unlocked by purchasing a low-cost activation package with any supported local payment method. No credit card is required.

Subscription Fees: Playmates sells access to the governance control plane as prepaid period packages. Each confirmed purchase extends your Organization’s subscription period. Package prices do not include third-party AI provider costs, which are billed directly to you by your respective providers.

2. Renewals

No Automatic Charges: Playmates never charges you automatically. To continue after your subscription period ends, the Organization Owner purchases a renewal package from the Billing page.

Lapsed Subscriptions: If your subscription period ends without a renewal, your Organization becomes read-only and its data is kept for 90 days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Purchased Packages: Activation and renewal packages are non-refundable, except for billing errors as described in Section 5.

Third-Party AI Expenses: Playmates is not responsible for charges incurred on your third-party AI provider accounts (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) routed through the gateway.

4. Cancellations

The Organization Owner may cancel the subscription at any time from the Billing page. Access to gateway routing and governance features will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and a cancellation can be undone before that period ends.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error by Playmates, please notify ptedukasimembangunnegeri@gmail.com within 30 days of the invoice date. Confirmed errors will be refunded promptly. A refunded payment removes the subscription period it purchased.
